Most businesses I meet are not short of ideas. They are short of hours. The founder is still approving invoices at 11pm, the best leads go cold overnight because nobody was at their desk, and the only plan for growth is to hire someone else to do more of the same manual work.
That is not a technology problem, and it is rarely solved by buying software. It is solved by looking honestly at how the business actually runs, finding the one process that is quietly capping everything else, and rebuilding that process so it no longer depends on somebody remembering.
