Fees, payment schedules and any expenses are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice, and work may be paused on overdue accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from use of this website or the services.
Total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Non-public information you share in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate, propose and deliver the work.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless an engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
